Wine Club Quarterly Memberships

Membership has its perks, our subscription offers something for everyone. Experience our idyllic farm and learn about our stored history, as you explore some of California’s most exciting wines sent directly to your door.

Wine Club Membership Details

• Wine may only be purchased by and delivered to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By joining the Wine Club, you validate that you and the person who receives your wine are of age. ID  will still be required upon pick-up or delivery of wine club shipments to confirm the person receiving the wine is over 21.
• Benefits are non-transferable; limit to two (2) people per membership.
• Memberships are billed for club shipments two (2) Sundays before pick-up weekends.
• Members are to purchase four (4) shipments per year: January, May & September
• If a Wine Club shipment has not been picked up by the Member within six (6) months of purchase date(including unsuccessful shipping attempts), the wine will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be available or offered.

Pick-Up Members

• We urge pick-up members to pick up their shipments within the shipment month.
• Due to limited quantities, shipment-specific wines are only guaranteed during that shipment month. If the wine is no longer available by the time of pick-up, we will replace it with wine of equal value. Wines of lesser or greater value will either be credited or charged the difference.

Shipping Members

• When your wine is delivered, it must be signed for by someone 21 years or older.
• UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol three (3) times before sending it back to Public Domain Wines.
• If a package is returned to Public Domain Wines, please contact Public Domain Wines directly at (833) 328-9933. A re-shipping fee of $30 will be applied to all orders to re-ship them to Member.

Canceling Your Membership

• Four (4) consecutive shipment commitment. Once a member receives four (4) consecutive shipments, they may cancel my membership at any time. by signing-up for a wine club membership, a Member agrees that if cancelation of the membership is made prior to the receipt of  four (4) consecutive shipments by the member, a $125 cancelation fee will be applied to the Member’s payment method on file.
• The Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you cancel your membership with us.
• Memberships are billed two (2) Sundays before the Pick-Up weekends. Any cancellations of a membership must be requested and confirmed processed prior to the billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
• You may cancel your membership by calling Public Domain Wines directly at (833) 328-9933 or by emailing info@publicdomainwines.
• Once the membership is cancelled, all the benefits and entitlement to future shipments for the Member will end immediately.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used by Public Domain Wines and will not be sold or shared with anyone.

Wine Club Memberships are void where prohibited.

We reserve the right to change or amend the Wine Club at any time. Public Domain Wines reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke a Membership to any Member at any time for any reason.
